When a one-off makes sense

Before or after guests, after a party, before a viewing, when you have run out of time, or simply to find out whether you want this regularly. It is also the usual first booking: most people who end up on a regular schedule start here.

There is no commitment of any kind. If you never book again, nothing happens and nothing is charged.

What is included

Floors and skirting in every room, dust from all open surfaces, window sills, radiators, doors, handles and switches, mirrors, beds made and bed linen changed if you leave a set out, bins emptied. In the kitchen: cupboard fronts, hob, sink, worktop, tiles and appliances from the outside. In the bathroom: toilet washed and disinfected, bath or shower, basin and taps, tiles, floor.

Not included: the inside of the oven, fridge, microwave and extractor hood, windows, balcony, ironing, the inside of wardrobes, and carpet or upholstery cleaning. All of these are fixed-price add-ons you tick when booking.

After a party

A different job from a normal clean: glasses and dishes, wine on the carpet and upholstery, ash and smell, more waste than one bin, and a balcony that was smoked on.

Tell us two things in advance. How much washing-up there is — a small amount in the sink is included, a full kitchen is a separate item and without it there is no time for it. And whether there are wet stains on the carpet or sofa — those are not a cleaning job but an extraction cleaning job, and the sooner we get to them the better the odds.

Before visitors

The opposite case: the deadline is known, time is short and only what is visible matters. Then it helps to say which rooms come first — living room, bathroom, hallway — and leave the bedroom and study for another time.

The cleaner works in the order you set. With three hours and fifteen guests coming, a spotless bathroom and hallway beat everything half-done. A line in the booking notes is enough.

Hourly work

If you do not want the standard scope but specific help for a few hours — clearing a wardrobe, one room, finishing what you have not got to — we work by the hour at €15. Tell us the goal and we will say whether a fixed package or hours works out cheaper.

Booking, payment and cancellation

The next free slot is usually within 24 to 48 hours, and the times shown in the calendar are genuinely available — not a request someone confirms later. You pay after the clean, by card or in cash.

You can move or cancel a booking yourself up to 12 hours before it starts, through the link in the confirmation email or in your account. Less than 12 hours, call or message us — a shift of an hour or two on the same day is almost always possible.
