School and nursery cleaning in Bratislava

Cleaning of schools, nurseries and kindergartens in Bratislava. We work outside teaching hours, under contract, with liability insurance and a record of the work carried out. Survey and quote are free of charge.

How a school differs from an office

In three ways. Hygiene: in a group of children infection travels through contact surfaces — door handles, handrails, switches, washbasins — and those need a different interval from floors. Time: cleaning happens after teaching or early in the morning, and the schedule cannot slip. Environment: classrooms and playrooms are cleaned so that nothing is left on surfaces children touch.

That is why schools are not taken as one-off bookings but under contract, with the scope written out by zone and with fixed intervals.

What the work covers

Daily: classrooms and playrooms — floors, desks and tables, bins; sanitary facilities including disinfection; corridors and stairs; contact surfaces (handles, handrails, switches); entrance areas and matting.

Weekly: sills, radiators, skirting, doors, under furniture, cloakrooms and lockers, the gym.

By agreement: windows, light fittings, storage, the kitchenette, the area around the bins. In kindergartens also cots, toys and the soft play corner at an agreed interval.

Products and safety

In spaces with children we use products intended for the purpose at the prescribed concentration, not "stronger to be sure". Surfaces children touch are rinsed after disinfection.

Chemicals are never stored where children can reach them — we need a lockable place and agree it at the survey. Safety data sheets for the products used are supplied and kept current.

Our people work under contract, hold a criminal record certificate and are identifiable on the premises. At a school that is not a formality: it is the first thing the operator and the parents ask about.

The records a school needs

A record of the work carried out with date and scope, a list of the products used and their safety data sheets, proof of liability insurance. At an inspection these cannot be produced retrospectively, which is why we keep them from day one rather than when an inspection is announced.

Public tenders

We take part in tenders from founders and from individual schools. We can prepare the quote in the structure the tender requires, itemised by zone, frequency and unit price — not as a single monthly figure.

Price and changeover

Set after a survey: area, number of classrooms and sanitary facilities, frequency and time of day. The quote comes in writing and itemised, so it can be compared and so it is clear what is included.

Taking over from a previous contractor happens without a break — we only need the date their contract ends. At schools the holidays are the natural moment to change.
