Turnover cleaning for Airbnb and short-term rentals in Bratislava. Fixed price, a named cleaner assigned to your flat, linen changed or laundered, and photos of anything a guest left behind — sent before the next arrival.
A one- or two-bedroom flat takes 90 minutes to two hours including linen. If there are at least three hours between check-out and check-in, a same-day turnover is safe and we hold the slot firmly rather than "sometime in the afternoon".
With a tighter window we can still work, but there is no margin: if the departing guest leaves late, the time has to come from somewhere. If your calendar allows it, set check-out an hour earlier than check-in — that hour costs less than one review about a flat that was not ready.
Full clean of every room, kitchen and bathroom; beds stripped and remade; bathroom restocked with the consumables you leave in the flat; dishes washed and put away; bins emptied and bags replaced; windows and mirrors checked for marks; balcony swept.
We also check what a guest would notice and you would not: the kettle, the shower drain, the inside of the microwave, and the state of the entrance — the first three metres decide the first impression.
Two options. Either we change the set you keep in the flat, or we take the used linen away, launder it and bring it back on the next visit. Which one works better depends on whether the flat has a washing machine and how many turnovers you have per week.
For flats with several beds, keeping two full sets on site is almost always cheaper than laundry runs — the second set costs once, the runs cost every week.
If something is broken, missing or left behind, you get a photo before the next guest arrives, not in a report at the end of the month. Nothing is thrown away without your instruction — that includes things a guest clearly abandoned.
We also flag what is running low. You keep the stock in the flat; we tell you when to restock.
If you have more than one property in Bratislava, we route the visits so they follow each other and keep the same cleaner on the same flats. For short-term rentals this matters more than it does for homes: a guest expects the flat to be identical every time, and only someone who knows it can deliver that.
From two flats upward we switch to monthly invoicing and one summary instead of a separate payment after every turnover. The scope can differ per flat — a studio without a kitchen and a two-bedroom with one do not need the same work.
Your cleaning fee should cover the turnover and the linen. Set it lower and you are paying for it out of the nightly rate; set it much higher and it costs you bookings — guests in Bratislava compare fees across listings.
The most practical approach is to set it at the actual cost with no markup. Tell us the number of rooms, the number of beds and whether there is a washing machine, and we will give you that number.
Communication in English throughout — booking, schedule changes, reports. Most of our clients with short-term rentals in Bratislava are not Slovak speakers, and nothing about the arrangement requires you to be.
From €46 depending on the size of the flat, with linen priced by the number of beds. For several flats or a regular turnover schedule we set an individual rate and invoice monthly.
Yes, if there are at least three hours between check-out and check-in. We hold that slot firmly rather than fitting it in around other work.
Either way. We change the set you keep in the flat, or take the used linen, launder it and return it on the next visit — whichever suits your setup.
You get a photo before the next guest arrives, so you can act while the claim window is still open. We never throw anything away without your instruction.
We put out what you keep in the flat — soap, paper, bin bags, welcome items — and tell you when stock is running low. We do not do the shopping.
