Why regular works out cheaper
The discount depends on the interval: 20% weekly, 15% fortnightly, 10% monthly. You see the discounted price in the booking form as soon as you pick a frequency.
The second reason has nothing to do with the discount. A flat that is cleaned on a schedule never falls behind, so the same amount of time goes further — the first hour is not spent catching up. A flat left for two months needs a deep clean before a regular interval can hold it.
How often to book
Pick the interval by how many people live in the flat and what happens in it, not by its size.

Monthly only works if you clean in between yourself. With nothing happening between visits, a month is too long for the kitchen and bathroom.
The same cleaner
After the first booking and a good rating, the system assigns the same person to your later slots. The difference shows from the second or third visit, when you no longer have to explain where things are and what not to touch — that is worth more to the result than any procedure.
If someone is not a fit, message us and the next slot goes to somebody else. We do not ask why. A flat is a private space and not everyone gets on with everyone.
What is included and what you can add
Every visit: floors and skirting, dust from all open surfaces, window sills, radiators, doors, handles and switches, mirrors, beds made and bed linen changed if you leave a set out, bins emptied, kitchen fronts, hob, sink, worktop and tiles, full bathroom and toilet.
Add-ons keep their fixed price and can be added to any single visit without changing the schedule: oven €20, extractor hood €20, fridge €16, microwave €8, balcony €15, window €12, wardrobe €8, ironing €15 per hour. A practical pattern is to rotate them — oven one month, windows the next.
Changing or cancelling
You can move or cancel an individual visit yourself up to 12 hours before it starts, in your account or through the link in the confirmation email. The discount is not affected: skipping one visit does not change the price of the next.
The schedule itself has no notice period. You cancel it in your account in one click and restart it just as easily. Many people switch to a longer interval over the summer and a shorter one during flu season.
Paying and keys
You pay after each clean, by card or in cash. If you save a card, the amount is charged automatically once the work is done.
You do not need to be home. Most people agree a key arrangement once — collected and returned for €8, or a key left with us — and after that the schedule runs without them. The arrangement stays in the booking notes and applies to every later visit.
