Bernolákovo lies east of Bratislava on the road to Senec and is among the municipalities that have grown considerably in recent years. Whole streets of new family houses have been added to the original development around the manor house and the golf course.
Mostly family houses
There are few apartment buildings here, so most orders concern houses. The newer ones tend to have several floors, two bathrooms, a utility room and a garage; the older ones in the village core are smaller but often extended in stages.
The price is therefore calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count. Send us both and we will confirm it in writing before the order; we carry out a survey only on request.
Cellars, workshops and garages are not part of the standard; we add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, sofa cleaning from €35.
The new development
Houses built after 2010 commonly have open-plan layouts, large glazed areas and underfloor heating. Open space is quicker to clean, but glazing means considerably more surface to wash, and streaks show on it more than on small windows.
Underfloor heating changes the method: we wash with a well-wrung mop, because with the heating on, standing moisture evaporates more slowly and leaves marks at the laminate joints.
If the house is still being finished, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left and the materials have been taken away — construction dust keeps settling for several days and is charged by area from €1.50 per m².
Commuting into the city
Most residents commute to Bratislava for work and households are empty during the day. Keys are therefore handed over more often here: collection before the clean and return after it cost €8 each, the procedure is agreed once and then applies to every subsequent visit.
The most common order is regular cleaning once a fortnight or weekly. At a weekly interval the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price.
Gardens and available dates
Almost every house here has a garden, so in summer more soil and plant matter is carried indoors and vacuuming takes longer than in a flat of the same area. The peak of orders falls in spring and early autumn.
A free window is usually available within 48 hours. Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog — with large plots, that genuinely saves time.

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
The golf course and the manor park also bring short-stay accommodation to the village. With turnovers between guests the timing is what decides: we reserve the slot firmly, the turnover includes changing linen, washing up and restocking consumables, and when it is done we send photos of the prepared property.
If you have an animal at home, mention it when ordering. Hair works into the fibre of carpet and upholstery and has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming — it does not change the price, but it is worth leaving margin on the slot.
