Stupava lies below the slopes of the Little Carpathians about fifteen kilometres north of Bratislava and has around twelve thousand residents. The development is mixed: a historic core, older family houses and newer streets added over the past two decades.
What we clean here
Family houses with gardens predominate, complemented by smaller apartment buildings. For houses the price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms — in a multi-storey house a second bathroom is a separate room in time terms, not an extra.
Send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms and we will confirm the price in writing before the order. A survey is free and without obligation; we carry one out on request.
Cellars, workshops, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean. We add them at the hourly rate of €15; it is usually an hour or two of work.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a town outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m².
Next to the forest
Stupava borders the woodland of the Little Carpathians, and cleaning shows it all year round. In spring and summer more pollen is carried indoors, in autumn leaves and soil, in winter mud — vacuuming and mopping take longer here than in urban development.
Because of the forest there are above-average numbers of households with a dog. Hair works into the fibre of carpet and upholstery and has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming; it does not change the price, but it is worth booking a slot with margin.
Older houses
Older houses with stone or terrazzo floors are common in the historic core. They are porous and react badly to acidic products — an ordinary limescale remover leaves dull patches on them that cannot be undone. We use neutral products on them, so it pays to mention what kind of floors you have when ordering.
Old wooden windows are the second thing that calls for care: the fittings tend to be loose and the sash may not close by itself once opened. If the technician sees that, you will be told before the window is opened.
Available dates
We travel to Stupava regularly and plan slots so that addresses in the area follow one another. A free window is usually available within 48 hours; we confirm edge-of-day times in advance, because it is a matter of route planning.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog.

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and visits can be moved or paused at any point.
Products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner — we need nothing from you but access.
If you also use the house for recreation and do not live in it year-round, it pays to order a deep clean at the start and the end of the season. After a longer break, besides dust, the taps and the shower usually need descaling — water leaves visible deposits.
