Jarovce is a small district in the south of Bratislava with about 1,700 residents, close to the Austrian border. It is built almost entirely of family houses — original ones in the old core and newer ones on the edges, where whole streets have gone up in recent years.
Houses rather than flats
Apartment buildings are few here, so the overwhelming majority of orders concern family houses. They tend to have several floors, two bathrooms and a utility section, which is why we calculate the price from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count.
Just send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms — we will confirm the price in writing before the order. We carry out a survey only on request, and it is free and without obligation.
Cellars, workshops and garages are not part of a standard clean; we add them at the hourly rate of €15. It is usually an hour or two of work.

Extras are the same as elsewhere: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m².
New builds and their quirks
The new development is mostly open-plan with large glazed areas and underfloor heating. Open space is quicker to clean, but glazing means considerably more surface to wash, and streaks show on it more than on small windows.
Underfloor heating changes the method: we wash with a well-wrung mop, because with the heating on, standing moisture evaporates more slowly and leaves marks at the laminate joints that show up later as lifting edges.
If the house is still being finished, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left. Construction dust keeps settling for several days after the work, it is charged by area from €1.50 per m², and it needs considerably more time than ordinary cleaning.
Gardens and the season
A garden is the rule here. In summer soil and plant matter are carried indoors, in autumn leaves, in spring pollen — so vacuuming and mopping take longer than in a flat of the same area. The peak of orders falls in spring and early autumn, when a deep clean is ordered before and after the season.
Dates and access
Jarovce is further from the centre, but we charge no travel surcharge. A free window is usually available within 24 to 48 hours; for edge-of-day times we confirm in advance, because it is a matter of route planning.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog. Not being able to reach the house is the most common reason an appointment slips, and one sentence in advance solves it.

You book online, confirmation arrives immediately, and you can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the layout of the house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and a visit can be moved or paused at any point, over the holiday period for instance.
If you let the house, the most common one-off order is cleaning at tenant changeover. It pays to add the inside of the oven and the fridge — they are the first two things a new tenant opens, and their condition shapes the impression of the whole house more than the state of the floors.
Products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner — we need nothing from you but access. If you have your own products you would like used, just say so in the order.
