Podunajské Biskupice is a district with two faces: the original village core with family houses and gardens on one side, the Dolné hony panel estate on the other. For cleaning that means two different kinds of order in one location.
The panel part
The flats in Dolné hony are close in type to Bratislava's other estates — two- and three-room, 45 to 70 m², with a narrow hallway and a separate toilet. The separate toilet does not show up in the price list but does show up in the time: it is two rooms instead of one. Most buildings have a lift.
Family houses in the old part
In the original core, houses with gardens predominate, often with several floors and two bathrooms. Pricing by room count does not fit here and is calculated individually from the usable area and the number of bathrooms. Send us both and we will confirm the price in writing before the order, without a survey — we only carry one out on request.
Houses with gardens have their quirk: over the summer far more soil and plant matter is carried indoors than in a flat, so vacuuming and mopping take longer, especially if the house has carpets.

For family houses the same extra prices apply — oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20 — we do not charge more for them just because it is a house.
The industrial neighbour
The eastern part of the district borders an industrial zone, and cleaning shows it on windows and sills: they collect more dust than residential districts in the west of the city. If you live closer to the zone, washing the windows more often than twice a year makes sense — the difference in daylight is visible above all in the winter months, when the day is short.

A free slot is usually available within 24 hours and we charge no surcharge for the distance from the centre. For family houses it pays to note where the entrance is and whether there is a dog — it is not an obstacle, just information better had in advance than sorted out at the gate.

With houses, window washing is often ordered alongside the clean itself. A house has more window openings than a flat, and some are upstairs, where the inside is easy to reach but the outside is not. We wash only the sides that can be reached safely from inside or from a terrace — we do not work on a ladder against the façade, and we say so beforehand so that you are not paying for it.
Cellars, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean, but we can add them as an extra. They are charged at the hourly rate of €15 rather than as another room — it is a different kind of work and usually takes one to two hours.
The second typical order in the panel part is cleaning after painting. Sanding dust spreads through the whole flat in a standard layout with a narrow hallway, and ordinary vacuuming only stirs it up. This service is charged by area from €1.50 per m², because it is a different job from ordinary cleaning, and it should be ordered only once leftover materials have been taken away.
