Ivanka pri Dunaji lies east of Bratislava next to the airport and combines older development around the manor house and its park with newer streets of family houses added over the past two decades.
What is built here
Family houses with gardens predominate, complemented by smaller apartment buildings. For houses the price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms — in a multi-storey house a second bathroom is a separate room in time terms, not an extra.
It is enough to send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms; we confirm the price in writing before the order and carry out a survey only on request.
Cellars, workshops and garages are not part of the standard; we add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each.
Next to the airport
Part of the village lies close to the airport and the main roads, and in those streets windows and sills get dirty faster than in quieter development. Washing the windows more often than twice a year makes sense here — the difference in daylight is noticeable above all in winter, when the day is short.
For the same reason, wiping sills and frames as part of a deep clean is ordered more often here than just washing the glass.
Short-term rentals
Being near the airport also brings short-term rentals for travellers. With those, timing is what decides: the turnover between guests is short, so we reserve the slot firmly rather than "sometime in the afternoon".
A turnover includes changing bed linen and towels, washing up, taking out the rubbish and restocking consumables. When it is done we send photos of the prepared property.
Dates and access
A free window is usually available within 48 hours. Slots are planned so that addresses in the area follow one another, which is why we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog — it is information better had in advance than sorted out at the gate.

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
The manor park and the extensive greenery mean more pollen in spring and more leaves and soil in autumn. In practice that lengthens vacuuming and mopping, especially in houses with carpets.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and visits can be moved or paused at any point.
If the house is still being finished, or you have recently had it painted, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left — sanding dust keeps settling for several days and is charged by area from €1.50 per m².
Products and equipment are brought by the cleaner. If you want your own products used, just say so in the order.
Free slots are easiest to get in the morning. Evening windows fill faster, because most commuting households want them at the same time.
