Lamač is one of Bratislava's smallest districts — just under seven thousand residents. It lies below the slopes of the Little Carpathians and combines a small panel estate with an original area of family houses.
What is built here
The panel part is compact: a few blocks with two- and three-room flats of around 45 to 65 m², standard layouts, a lift in the taller buildings. The rest is family houses, often older, with sections added over time — and that is what matters for cleaning, because the usable area tends to be larger than it looks from the street.
For houses we therefore calculate the price individually from the area and the number of bathrooms, not from the room count. Just send us both; we carry out a survey only on request and confirm the price in writing before the order.

Extras are the same as across Bratislava: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, loggia €15. For family houses we do not charge more for them just because it is a house.
Next to the forest
Lamač borders the woodland of the Little Carpathians, and cleaning shows it all year round. In spring and summer more pollen is carried into flats, in autumn leaves and soil, in winter mud — vacuuming and mopping take longer here than in dense urban development. In households with a dog, of which there are above-average numbers thanks to the forest, hair in carpet and upholstery is added to that.
Hair will not come out even with a powerful vacuum cleaner — it works into the fibre and has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming. It does not change the price, but it is worth booking a slot with a little margin.
Dates and availability
Lamač is small and easy to move around, so a free window is usually available within 24 hours. We charge no surcharge for the distance from the centre. You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately.
What to prepare
Practically nothing — products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner. It helps if you clear the work surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom and pick small items up off the floors: not because we could not move them, but because we do not want to take responsibility for handling personal belongings.
For family houses, put in the note where the entrance is and whether there is a dog. It is not an obstacle, just information better had in advance.

A category of its own here are the cottages and holiday properties on the slopes above the built-up area. We clean them like family houses, with the price based on area, but the date needs to be agreed further ahead — the access road can be hard going in winter and equipment may not reach the property by car.
For seasonal opening and closing of a holiday property, the most common order is a deep clean with window washing. After winter the glass carries a film that ordinary wiping only spreads around, and the frames and their channels are full of dust and insect remains — we clean those together with the glass, not as an extra.
You book online and can pay by card or in cash after the clean. Prices apply across Bratislava including Lamač and are final — we do not charge for travel within the city even to the more distant addresses.
