Rusovce is a district in the south of Bratislava with about 2,800 residents. It is known for its manor house with an extensive English park and for the Gerulata archaeological site. It is built mostly of family houses, with newer development on the edges.
Typical households
Family houses with gardens predominate, often with several floors and more than one bathroom. The price is therefore calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count — in a house, a second bathroom is a separate room in time terms, not an extra.

Cellars, workshops, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean. We can add them as an extra at the hourly rate of €15.

Older housing
Older houses with stone or terrazzo floors are common in the original core. They are porous and react badly to acidic products: an ordinary limescale remover leaves dull patches on them that cannot be undone. We use neutral products on them — so it pays to mention what kind of floors you have when ordering.
Old wooden windows are the second thing that calls for care. The fittings tend to be loose and the sash may not close by itself once opened; if the technician sees that, you will be told before the window is opened, so the problem is not put down to the washing.
The park and greenery
Being close to the park and extensive greenery means more pollen in spring and more leaves and soil in autumn. In practice that lengthens vacuuming and mopping, especially in houses with carpets and textile mats at the door.
Because of the park, there are above-average numbers of households with a dog. Hair works into the fibre of carpet and upholstery and cannot be drawn out even by a powerful vacuum cleaner — it has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming. It does not change the price, but it is worth booking a slot with a little margin.
Dates and access
Rusovce is further from the centre, but we charge no travel surcharge. A free window is usually available within 24 to 48 hours; we confirm edge-of-day times in advance, because it is a matter of route planning.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog — not being able to reach the house is the most common reason an appointment slips.

You book online, confirmation arrives immediately, and you can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the layout of the house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and visits can be moved or paused at any point.
If the house is still being finished, or you have recently had it painted, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left and leftover materials have been taken away. Sanding dust keeps settling for several days and a clean straight after the work has to be repeated; it is also charged by area from €1.50 per m².
