Pezinok is a wine town below the Little Carpathians, about twenty kilometres north-east of Bratislava, with over twenty thousand residents. The development is mixed: a historic core, panel estates from the 1970s and newer family houses on the edges.
Three kinds of household
The historic core has older townhouses with higher ceilings and original windows. Higher ceilings change two things: windows are washed with a telescopic pole rather than an ordinary squeegee, and cobwebs in the corners are out of reach of a routine clean. We do both as standard — they just need to be allowed for in the time.
The panel flats on the estates are standard types, two- and three-room, 45 to 70 m². The time estimate for them is accurate and a slot can be planned without extra margin.
Family houses on the edges tend to have several floors, a garden and often a cellar or workshop. Their price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms; utility sections are added at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a town outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m².
The wine season
Pezinok lives by the winemaking calendar, and demand reflects it. In autumn, during the grape harvest and the home celebrations that go with it, the number of one-off orders before and after guests rises sharply. Slots fill faster then, so we recommend booking several days ahead.
After a larger celebration, cleaning is most often ordered together with washing up and carpet cleaning. Wine on a carpet or upholstery is treated separately before the main clean — an overall carpet clean will not remove it by itself, and the stain returns once it dries.
Damp and cellars
Wine cellars are a common part of houses here and carry higher humidity than the rest of the building. Surface mould therefore appears more often on the walls and in the corners. We remove it and treat the surface, but if the cause is structural damp, cleaning only postpones it — we say so directly rather than have you order the same job every month.
Dates and availability
We travel to Pezinok regularly and plan slots so that addresses in the area follow one another. A free window is usually available within 48 hours; for edge-of-day times we confirm in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is and whether there is a dog — not an obstacle, just information better had in advance.

On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the flat or house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and a visit can be moved or paused at any point.
Products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner — we need nothing from you but access. If you want your own products used, just say so in the order.
If you let the flat or house, the most common one-off order is cleaning at tenant changeover. It pays to add the inside of the oven and the fridge — they are the first two things both the landlord and the new tenant open.
