Malinovo lies south-east of Bratislava by the Little Danube. The village, with its manor house and extensive park, is among those where whole new streets of family houses have been added to the original development in recent years.
Houses, not flats
Apartment buildings are marginal here; the overwhelming majority of orders concern family houses. The newer ones tend to have several floors, two bathrooms, a utility room and a garage; the older ones in the village core are smaller but often extended in stages.
The price is therefore calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count. Send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms and we will confirm it in writing before the order; we carry out a survey only on request.
Cellars, workshops, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean — we add them at the hourly rate of €15, usually an hour or two of work.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m², sofa cleaning from €35.
The park, greenery and what it means
Being close to the manor park and extensive greenery means more pollen in spring and more leaves and soil in autumn. In practice that lengthens vacuuming and mopping, especially in houses with carpets and textile mats at the door.
Because of the park and the surrounding fields there are above-average numbers of households with a dog. Hair works into the fibre of carpet and upholstery and cannot be drawn out even by a powerful vacuum cleaner — it has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming. It does not change the price, but it is worth leaving a little margin on the slot.
Proximity to the Little Danube brings higher air humidity. Surface mould therefore appears more often in cellars and on north-facing walls; we remove it and treat the surface, but if the cause is structural damp, cleaning only postpones it.
New builds and floors
Houses built after 2010 commonly have large-format tiling, floating floors and underfloor heating. We wash them with a well-wrung mop: with the heating on, standing moisture evaporates more slowly and leaves marks at the laminate joints that show up later as lifting edges.
If the house is still being finished, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left and the materials have been taken away — construction dust keeps settling for several days and is charged by area from €1.50 per m².
Commuting and available dates
Most residents work in Bratislava and households tend to be empty during the day, so keys are handed over more often here: collection and return cost €8 each, the procedure is agreed once and then applies to every subsequent visit.
A free window is usually available within 48 hours. Slots are planned so that addresses in the area follow one another, which is why we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
