Veľký Biel lies east of Bratislava not far from Senec. The village, with its baroque manor house, has kept its original core, to which new streets of family houses have been added in recent years.
What is built here
Family houses with gardens predominate. The older ones in the core tend to be smaller and often extended in stages — the usable area is larger than it looks from the street. The newer ones on the edges have open-plan layouts, two bathrooms and a utility room.
In both cases the price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count: in a multi-storey house a second bathroom is a separate room in time terms, not an extra.

Cellars, workshops, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean. We add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m².
Older houses and their surfaces
Stone and terrazzo floors are common in the original development. They are porous and react badly to acidic products — an ordinary limescale remover leaves dull patches on them that cannot be undone. We use neutral products on them, so it pays to mention what kind of floors you have when ordering.
Old wooden windows also call for care: the fittings tend to be loose and the sash may not close by itself once opened. If the technician sees that, you will be told before the window is opened.
Surface mould in the corners along the external wall also appears more often in older houses. We remove it and treat the surface, but if the cause is structural damp or a window that no longer seals, cleaning only postpones it — we say so directly rather than have you order the same job every month.
Commuting and keys
Most residents commute to Bratislava or Senec for work and households tend to be empty during the day. Key handover is therefore more common here than in the city: collection before the clean and return after it cost €8 each, the procedure is agreed once and then applies to every subsequent visit.
The most common order is regular cleaning once a fortnight. At that interval the discount against the one-off price is noticeable and the same person comes each time, already knowing where things are.
Gardens and available dates
A garden is the rule here rather than the exception. In summer soil and plant matter are carried indoors, in autumn leaves — vacuuming and mopping therefore take longer than in a flat of the same area, especially if the house has carpets.
A free window is usually available within 48 hours. Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog.
