Devínska Nová Ves is the westernmost large district of Bratislava, with about 16,000 residents. It consists of an extensive panel estate from the 1980s and an older core of family houses by the river Morava.
The panel estate
The flats are standard types, mostly two- and three-room, 45 to 70 m². Layout differences between flats of the same size are small, so the time estimate is accurate and a slot can be planned without margin. Most buildings have a lift.
A large share of flats have been renovated in recent years. The bathroom is what changes most often, and that changes the cleaning method too: glass shower screens are cleaned with a descaler rather than mechanically, because limescale shows more on glass than on old enamel. Descaling is included in the standard price.
New floating floors tolerate water worse than the original PVC. We wash them with a well-wrung mop — standing water at the joints is the most common reason laminate starts lifting at the edges a year later.

Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, loggia €15, windows from €12 each. You see the final amount before confirming the order, and nothing is added afterwards.
Distance and available dates
Devínska Nová Ves is the furthest of the large districts from the centre, but we charge no travel surcharge. Slots are planned so that the cleaner serves several addresses within the estate in sequence — which gives the same availability here as in the centre, usually within 24 hours.
If you need cleaning early in the morning or late in the evening, put it in the note. In the more distant districts an edge-of-day time is a matter of route planning, and we can only confirm it in advance, not at the last minute.
Family houses by the Morava
Houses with gardens predominate in the original part. The price is calculated individually from the usable area and the number of bathrooms — send us both and we will confirm it in writing before the order. Cellars and garages are not part of the standard, but we can add them at the hourly rate of €15.
Rentals and tenant changeover
The share of let flats here is high, and the most common one-off order is the clean at handover. It pays to add the inside of the oven and the fridge: they are the first two things a landlord opens, and their condition decides the deposit more often than the state of the floors.
When taking over a flat after someone else, the same applies in reverse — the condition of the appliances is usually not checked during a viewing and you only discover it once you are living there.

One more local particularity: a large share of residents commute to the industrial zone in the west, and households tend to be empty during the day. Keys are therefore handed over more often here than elsewhere — collection before the clean and return after it cost €8 each, and the procedure is agreed once and then applies to every subsequent visit.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same cleaner comes each time, already knowing where things are. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and a visit can be moved or paused at any point, over the summer for instance.
If the flat has been renovated, say so explicitly when ordering. Construction dust is not handled by ordinary cleaning: it is cleaned dry first and only then wet, it is charged by area from €1.50 per m², and it needs considerably more time than a standard appointment allows.
