Slovenský Grob lies north-east of Bratislava between Chorvátsky Grob and Pezinok. It is known for its roast goose feasts, which set its seasonal rhythm, and for its family houses — original ones in the village core and new ones on the edges.
What we clean here
Almost exclusively family houses with gardens. Apartment buildings are few, so the room-count price list rarely applies — in most cases we calculate the price from the usable area and the number of bathrooms.
It is enough to send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms; we confirm the price in writing before the order. We carry out a survey only on request, and it is free.
Cellars, workshops and garages are not part of the standard; we add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m², sofa cleaning from €35.
The goose season
From late summer to late autumn visitors come here for the goose feasts, and households in the village host family and friends far more often than through the rest of the year. Demand for one-off cleaning before and after guests rises sharply in this period, and slots fill faster than the usual 24 to 48 hours.
If you are planning a larger celebration, book the clean several days ahead, ideally as two appointments — before and after. After a feast, cleaning is most often ordered together with washing up and carpet cleaning: grease and wine on carpet or upholstery are treated separately before the main clean, since an overall carpet clean will not remove them by itself.
A sofa takes four to six hours to dry and a carpet much the same, so we schedule this work for the morning, leaving the room usable by evening.
Older houses in the core
Stone and terrazzo floors are common in the original development. They are porous and react badly to acidic products — an ordinary limescale remover leaves dull patches on them that cannot be undone. We use neutral products on them, so it pays to mention what kind of floors you have when ordering.
Old wooden windows are the second thing that calls for care: the fittings tend to be loose and the sash may not close by itself once opened. If the technician sees that, you will be told before the window is opened, so the problem is not put down to the washing.
Dates and access
Outside the goose season a free window is usually available within 48 hours. Slots are planned so that addresses in the area follow one another, which is why we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog — it is information better had in advance than sorted out at the gate.

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
On a regular arrangement the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the house. You do not sign a fixed-term contract and visits can be moved or paused at any point — during the season, for instance, when the house is busy.
