Dunajská Lužná lies south-east of Bratislava and is among the municipalities that have grown fastest over the past two decades. Whole new streets of family houses have been added to the original core, lived in mostly by families who commute into the city for work.
Mostly new builds
The development is defined by houses built after 2005: open-plan layouts, large glazed areas, underfloor heating, often two bathrooms and a utility room. The price is therefore calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count.
Open space is quicker to clean than a compartmented flat of the same area, but glazing means considerably more surface to wash, and streaks show on it more than on small windows.
Underfloor heating changes the method: we wash with a well-wrung mop, because with the heating on, standing moisture evaporates more slowly and leaves marks at the laminate joints that show up later as lifting edges.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m², sofa cleaning from €35.
Families with children and regular cleaning
Who lives here shapes the kind of orders we get: families with children where both parents are at work during the day predominate, and with them the demand for regular cleaning. At a weekly interval the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price.
The advantage of a regular arrangement is not only the price. After the second or third visit the cleaner already knows where your things are and what needs attention, and you do not have to explain the same thing every time. In case of illness or holiday we send a replacement with the instructions passed on.
Gardens and the season
Almost every house here has a garden, and in summer that means noticeably more soil and plant matter indoors. Vacuuming and mopping therefore take longer than in a flat of the same area, especially if the house has carpets or textile mats at the door.
The peak of orders falls in spring and early autumn — a deep clean before and after the season, usually with the windows and the terrace.
Dates and access
We travel to Dunajská Lužná regularly and plan slots so that addresses in the area follow one another. A free window is usually available within 48 hours; we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog. With spread-out development and large plots, that genuinely saves time.

If you let the house, the most common one-off order is cleaning at tenant changeover. It pays to add the inside of the oven and the fridge — they are the first two things a new tenant opens, and their condition shapes the impression of the house more than the state of the floors.
Products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner. We need nothing from you but access; if you want your own products used, just say so in the order.
