Chorvátsky Grob is a municipality north-east of Bratislava whose character was changed by the development at Čierna Voda — an extensive new area of family houses, lived in mostly by families who commute into the city.
Two parts, two kinds of house
The original village core consists of older houses, often smaller and extended in stages. Čierna Voda is the opposite: new houses with open-plan layouts, large glazed areas and underfloor heating, usually with two bathrooms and a utility room.
In both cases the price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms. Send us both and we will confirm it in writing before the order.
Utility sections — cellars, workshops, garages — are not part of the standard and we add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m².
Large glazed areas
At Čierna Voda, window washing is the most frequently ordered extra — the surfaces are large and dirt shows on them more than on small windows. We wash the glass, the frame including its channels and the sill, not just the pane.
We do the outside where it can be reached safely from inside or from a terrace. We do not work on a ladder against the façade, and we say so beforehand so that you are not paying for it.
Families and regular cleaning
Families with children where both parents are at work during the day predominate. The most common order is therefore regular cleaning — at a weekly interval the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price and the same person comes each time, already familiar with the house.
You do not sign a fixed-term contract and you can pause the arrangement at any point. If after a few visits the interval turns out to be too frequent or too sparse, we simply change it.
Dates and access
A free window is usually available within 48 hours; slots are planned so that addresses in the area follow one another, which is why we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is and whether the gate is remote-controlled. In new development with gated grounds that is the most common reason an appointment slips.
Bratislava and the surroundings

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
Almost every house here has a garden, and in summer that means noticeably more soil and plant matter indoors. Vacuuming and mopping therefore take longer than in a flat of the same area, especially if the house has carpets or textile mats at the door.
If the house is still being finished, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left and leftover materials have been taken away. Construction dust keeps settling for several days, it is cleaned dry first and only then wet, and it is charged by area from €1.50 per m².
Products, mops and the vacuum cleaner are brought by the cleaner — we need nothing from you but access to the house.
Free slots in this location are easiest to get in the morning; evening windows fill faster, because most commuting households want them at the same time.
