Nové Mesto is a district with two faces. On one side, dense housing along Račianska and around Kuchajda; on the other, the villa quarter on Kramáre with family houses and gardens. For cleaning that means two entirely different kinds of order within one district.
Flats near Račianska and Kuchajda
Panel and brick buildings from the 1970s and 1980s dominate, with two- and three-room flats of around 50 to 70 m². The layouts are standard, so the time estimate is accurate and a slot can be planned without extra margin. Most buildings have a lift; the older brick blocks near Kuchajda do not always, which is why we ask about the floor.
Being close to Račianska means more dust on windows and sills than in quieter streets. If you live right by the road, washing the windows more often than twice a year is worth it — the difference in daylight is noticeable, especially in winter.
Kramáre and family houses
On Kramáre it is more often family houses and larger flats in villa buildings. There, pricing by room count stops fitting and is calculated individually — a house has a staircase, more bathrooms and often a utility room or garage, which is a different job in time terms from a flat. Send us the usable area and the number of bathrooms and we will confirm the price before the order.

Extras have fixed prices regardless of location: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each. You add them yourself when ordering and see the final amount before confirming.
The hospital and short-stay accommodation
Because of the hospital, Kramáre has a high share of short-stay accommodation for patients' families. Turnovers between guests are done with a firmly reserved slot and a change of linen — with short stays, reliable timing matters more than anything else, because the next guest often arrives the same day.
Dates and access
Nové Mesto is quick to reach from the centre and free slots are usually available within 24 hours. For family houses on Kramáre it pays to describe where the entrance is and whether there is a dog — it is not an obstacle, just information better had in advance than sorted out at the gate.
Neighbouring districts
We also work nearby: Staré Mesto Ružinov Rača. If you are moving within the city, we can schedule both flats for the same day.
A category of its own are the flats around Nová Doba and Vajnorská, where older brick buildings from the 1950s stand. Their flats have higher ceilings than panel blocks and often original parquet, which does not tolerate much water. We clean them with less moisture and a mop that wrings out well — otherwise the wood moves over time and the gaps widen.
If you are planning a deep clean, it is worth ordering it together with window washing. Nové Mesto has many flats with a balcony or loggia facing the road, and the difference between washed and unwashed glass shows more here than in any quiet street. A loggia is charged separately at €15.
For family houses we only carry out a survey if you ask for one — in most cases it is enough to send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms. We confirm the price in writing before the order, so you have it in advance rather than after the work is done.
