Senec lies about twenty-five kilometres east of Bratislava and has over twenty thousand residents. The town is defined by the Sunny Lakes — a recreational area that changes both the housing mix and the rhythm of demand for cleaning.
Flats, houses and apartments
The development is mixed: older apartment buildings, newer residential projects and extensive areas of family houses that have grown considerably in recent years. On top of that comes a category almost absent elsewhere — holiday apartments by the lakes.
For flats, the room-count price list applies. For family houses the price is calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms; cellars, workshops and garages are added at the hourly rate of €15.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a town outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, sofa cleaning from €35, mattress cleaning from €17.50.
Short-term rentals by the lakes
In the summer season a large share of the apartments are let short-term, and timing is what decides. The turnover between guests is typically three to five hours, so we reserve the slot firmly rather than "sometime in the afternoon". With several properties in one location we plan the route so that they follow one another.
A turnover includes changing bed linen and towels, washing and putting away the dishes, taking out the rubbish, restocking consumables and a visual check of the equipment. The fridge is emptied and wiped after every guest, not once a month.
When it is done we send photos of the prepared property. With a rental, evidence of the condition is more useful than anything else — and if we find damage or something left behind, you hear about it at once rather than in a monthly summary.
Seasonality
Demand fluctuates more sharply here than anywhere else around Bratislava: the peak falls between June and September, and out of season it is quiet. In summer slots fill quickly, so for turnovers we recommend agreeing a fixed schedule for the whole month ahead and adjusting it only when bookings change.
In spring the most common order is opening the season — a deep clean with the windows and the terrace. After the winter break, besides dust, the taps and the shower usually need descaling: water leaves visible deposits when it has stood unused for a while.
Upholstery cleaning
In let apartments, cleaning sofas and mattresses is more frequent than in ordinary households — the furniture is used by many people and the upholstery wears faster. A sofa takes four to six hours to dry and a mattress six to eight, so we schedule this work for the morning, leaving the property usable by evening.

Out of season the most common order in Senec is regular household cleaning. At a fortnightly interval the discount against the one-off price is noticeable and the same person comes each time, already knowing where things are.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog. With the spread-out development around the lakes, that genuinely saves the time that would otherwise go into finding the address.
