Čunovo is the southernmost district of Bratislava, with a little over a thousand residents. It lies by the Gabčíkovo waterworks and consists mostly of family houses — original ones and newer builds put up over the past two decades.
What we clean here
Almost exclusively family houses with gardens. Apartment buildings are few, so the room-count price list rarely applies — in most cases we calculate the price from the usable area and the number of bathrooms.
Send us the area, the number of floors and the number of bathrooms; we will confirm the price in writing before the order. A survey is available on request and is free.
Utility sections — cellars, workshops, garages — are not part of the standard, but we add them at the hourly rate of €15.

Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each. For houses we do not charge more for them.
Water, sport and recreation
Being close to the waterworks and the watersports centre means some houses are used for recreation or let short-term. With short-term letting the timing is critical: the turnover between guests is typically three to five hours, so we reserve the slot firmly rather than "sometime in the afternoon".
A turnover includes changing the bed linen, washing and putting away the dishes, restocking consumables and checking the equipment. When it is done we send photos of the prepared property — with a rental, evidence of the condition is more useful than anything else.
Seasonality
Demand fluctuates sharply here: the peak falls in the summer months, when holiday properties are in full use, and in spring when the season opens. Slots fill faster in these periods, so we recommend booking several days ahead rather than relying on the usual 24 hours.
After winter the most common order is a deep clean with the windows and the loggia or terrace. The glass carries a film that ordinary wiping only spreads around, and the frames and their channels are full of dust — we clean those together with the glass.
Distance and available dates
Čunovo is the most distant district in the south, but we charge no travel surcharge. Slots are planned so that the cleaner serves several addresses in this area in sequence, which is why we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.

You book online, pick the slot yourself from the free ones, and confirmation arrives immediately. You can pay by card or in cash after the clean. Prices apply across Bratislava and we do not charge for travel within the city even to the more distant addresses.
For houses lived in year-round the picture is different, and regular cleaning once a fortnight is the most common order. At that interval the discount against the one-off price is noticeable and the same person comes each time, already knowing where things are and what needs attention.
Almost every house here has a garden, and in summer that means more soil and plant matter indoors. Vacuuming therefore takes longer than in a flat of the same area, especially if the house has carpets.
If you have a dog or a cat, mention it when ordering: hair works into the fibre of carpet and upholstery and has to be lifted mechanically before vacuuming. It does not change the price, but it is worth leaving a little margin on the slot.
It pays to put in the note whether the gate is remote-controlled and exactly where the entrance is — with spread-out development and large plots, that saves the time that would otherwise go into finding the address.
