With roughly 23,000 residents, Rača is a smaller district with an unusual mix of development: an original wine-growing core of family houses, a panel estate in Krasňany and newer building on the edges. For cleaning that means we deal with flats and houses here about equally often.
Krasňany and the panel estate
The flats in Krasňany and along Račianska are close in type to Bratislava's other estates — two- and three-room, 45 to 70 m², with a lift in the taller buildings. The layouts are predictable and cleaning time can be estimated precisely. Being near Račianska means windows get dirty faster, so washing them more often than twice a year makes sense here.
Family houses in old Rača
In the original part, family houses with gardens predominate, often with a cellar, several floors and two bathrooms. Pricing by room count does not fit here and is calculated individually from the usable area and the number of bathrooms. Send us both and we will confirm the price in writing before the order — without a survey, unless you ask for one.
Houses with gardens have one practical quirk: over the summer, far more soil and plant matter is carried indoors than in a flat. Vacuuming therefore takes longer, especially if the house has carpets or textile mats.

Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, loggia €15, windows from €12 each. For family houses the price is agreed individually, but the extras stay the same — we do not charge more for them just because it is a house.
Vineyards and seasonality
Rača has kept its wine-growing character and with it a seasonal rhythm of orders. In autumn, during the grape harvest and the home celebrations that go with it, demand for one-off cleaning before and after guests rises sharply. Slots fill faster in this period, so we recommend booking several days ahead rather than the usual 24 hours.
Availability and dates
Rača is further from the centre but well connected by tram and train. We charge no distance surcharge — slots are planned so that the cleaner serves several addresses within the district in sequence. Outside the autumn season a free window is usually available within 24 hours.

We also work nearby: Nové Mesto Ružinov Staré Mesto. You book online, confirmation arrives immediately, and you can pay by card or in cash after the clean.
With family houses, window washing is often ordered alongside the clean itself. Houses have more window openings than flats, and some are upstairs, where the inside is easy to reach but the outside is not. We wash only the sides that can be reached safely from inside or from a terrace — we do not work on a ladder against the façade, and we tell you so beforehand so that you are not paying for it.
A third thing typical of Rača: boiler rooms, storage and utility rooms in the cellars of family houses. They are not part of a standard clean, but we can add them if you want them. The same goes for a garage — usually an hour's work, charged at the hourly rate of €15 rather than as another room.
