Most pri Bratislave lies south-east of the city by the Little Danube and is among the municipalities whose appearance has changed most sharply over the past two decades. Whole streets of new family houses have been added to the original core, lived in mostly by families who commute into Bratislava.
Mostly new houses
The development is defined by houses built after 2005: open-plan layouts, large glazed areas, underfloor heating, usually two bathrooms and a utility room. The price is therefore calculated from the usable area and the number of bathrooms rather than the room count — in a house, a second bathroom is a separate room in time terms, not an extra.

Cellars, workshops, boiler rooms and garages are not part of a standard clean. We add them at the hourly rate of €15 — usually an hour or two of work.

Prices are the same as in Bratislava, but since this is a municipality outside the city, we always confirm the final amount in writing before the order — so that you know it in advance rather than after the work is done.
Extras have fixed prices: oven €20, fridge €16, extractor hood €20, windows from €12 each, carpet cleaning €2 per m², sofa cleaning from €35.
Floors in new builds
Large-format tiling and floating floors are the rule here. Both tolerate water worse than old PVC, so we wash with a well-wrung mop — standing water at the joints is the most common reason a floor starts lifting at the edges a year later.
With underfloor heating it is even more pronounced: with the heating on, moisture evaporates more slowly than you would expect and leaves marks at the laminate joints.
If the house is still being finished, order the clean only after the tradesmen have left and leftover materials have been taken away. Construction dust keeps settling for several days, it is cleaned dry first and only then wet, and it is charged by area from €1.50 per m².
Commuting and key handover
Most residents work in Bratislava and households tend to be empty during the day. Keys are therefore handed over more often here than in the city: collection before the clean and return after it cost €8 each, the procedure is agreed once and then applies to every subsequent visit.
The most common order is regular cleaning once a fortnight or weekly. At a weekly interval the discount reaches 20% against the one-off price, and it is also objectively quicker work: a maintained house needs considerably less time than one cleaned once a month.
Almost every house here has a garden, and in summer that means noticeably more soil and plant matter indoors. Vacuuming and mopping therefore take longer than in a flat of the same area, especially if the house has carpets or textile mats at the door.
The peak of orders falls in spring and early autumn — a deep clean before and after the season, usually with the windows and the terrace.
Dates and access
We travel to Most pri Bratislave regularly and plan slots so that addresses in the area follow one another. A free window is usually available within 48 hours; we confirm edge-of-day times in advance.
Put in the note where the entrance is, whether the gate is remote-controlled and whether there is a dog. With spread-out development and large plots, that genuinely saves the time that would otherwise go into finding the address.
